Alternatively you can now book appointments online.

Appointments may be booked either over the phone or in person at the reception desk. All consultations with our Doctors, Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant are by appointment only.

Please let us know if you will be late or unable to keep your appointment so that it can be offered to another patient.
Please use the automated booking in screen if possible.

If more than one family member needs to be seen, each patient will require a separate appointment.

Emergency Consultations

Emergencies will be seen at the earliest opportunity (usually at the next available surgery). In these circumstances patients may be asked to wait, but we will try to keep this time down to a minimum. Emergency patients may be seen by the first available Doctor. These 5 minute slots are solely for the one condition which cannot wait until the next available routine appointment.

Home Visits

Home visits are at the clinical discretion of your doctor. Only patients whose medical condition prevents them from visiting the surgery will receive a visit.

The facilities at the surgery allow for a more thorough examination to be made, tests to be taken and you will not have to wait until after surgery has finished.

Please contact the surgery before 10 am, giving as much detail as possible, to enable your Doctor to make an assessment of the degree of urgency and the most appropriate course of action.

You must leave your telephone line free, so that your doctor is able to check on your condition.

Out of Hours Emergencies

If you have a genuine medical emergency which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please telephone the surgery and listen carefully to the recorded message for the emergency number.

The Out of Hours Services and a Walk in Clinic are based at:

The Phoenix Centre
Parkfield Road
Telephone 01902 444015

The Urgent Care Centre, is located above the Emergency Department at New Cross Hospital.

Please contact NHS111 first, on telephone number 111.

At present we do not offer a telephone consultation service.

The treatment of emergency dental conditions is not part of the service we offer.
